To support the manufacture of standard and bespoke temperature sensors we offer a calibration service. We can calibrate existing sensors or calibration can be offered as part of the manufacturing process for new temperature sensors built by Peak Sensors.
Why Calibrate a Temperature Sensor?
A temperature sensor is calibrated to provide an accurate reading and to meet a required specification. By having calibrated sensors measuring your process you have more control to maintain a set level and quality output.
Calibration Service Available
We offer both UKAS accredited calibration and traceable laboratory calibration through our collaboration with Electroserv+.
The calibration laboratories can calibrate temperatures up to 1300oC and are accredited to UKAS 17025 and national standards. The laboratories also operate and meet the strict and specific requirements of Aerospace industry.
Through the collaboration temperature sensors can be calibrated up to 2200oC and calibration can be to any number of points. Calibration certificates will be issued to on completion.
On-site calibration visits are available, they can be organised through Peak Sensors with Electroserv+ engineers visiting site.
If you are looking to calibrate an existing sensor, would like a new sensor calibrated during manufacture or would like an on-site calibration visit call our technical team on 01246 261999 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
